We want you to be completely satisfied with your Embryolisse skincare; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to the return address provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
